Dining Options
For the convenience of visitors, the hospital cafeteria is located on the second floor of the main building. The hours of service are as follows:
- Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM
- Lunch: 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Menu: Hot Entrees, Soups, Fresh Salad Bar, and Grab To Go Items (sandwiches, pudding, jello, a snack club)
The cafeteria vending machines are available 24 hours each day.
Parking
Parking is convenient, secure and adjacent to the hospital, at a cost of $2.00 per day.
Chapel and Pastoral Care
In cooperation with various religious denominations, Provident Hospital of Cook County offers religious services in our chapel located on the second floor. For information on the time that services are available, please call Social Services, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, at extension 22920. On weekends, call the operator to page the on-call Chaplin.
