Tanda Russell is the Interim Chief Clinical Officer for the Cook County Health and Hospitals System. Joining the Cook County team in 2010, Tanda brings over three decades of nursing experience in a variety of settings as a clinician and nursing leader with a focus on compassionate delivery of quality patient and family centered care.
