Joy Wykowski

Joy Wykowski is the Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer of Cook County Health and Hospitals System. She has extensive experience in the legislative process having worked for county government for over 20 years and prior to that the United States Senate. She has been involved in health care issues through out her tenure with Cook County, moving over to the Health System in 2009.
