The mission of the Cook County Health and Hospitals System Supply Chain Management Department is to create a high-performing Supply Chain Management Procurement function by strategically sourcing quality goods and services across all major spend categories, effectively managing supplier relationships and realizing contracted performance and cost savings throughout the health system.
